I know that engaging in therapy is an investment in health and wellness. I. do my best to work with in-network insurance providers to keep costs down and maximize benefits. With that being said, I do not set the policies and terms for individual insurance plans and I strongly encourage you to look into your specific plan to make sure there are no unfortunate surprises. Phone numbers for a Member Service Representative can often be found on the back of your insurance card.

I unfortunately am no longer able to bill OHP.
There are many smaller health plans that are affiliated with larger insurance companies. Please check your benefits for more information.

My standard rate for out of pocket (OOP) payment is $180.
A deeper sliding scale fee may be available in special circumstances.
If you have an Out of Network (OON) insurance plan, I accept $180 per session paid at the time of service and I can provide you with a monthly "superbill" to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please note that not all plans allow for OON services and/or may not cover the entire cost of sessions. Check with you insurance plan for details.
Unfortunately, OHP no longer allows for OON billing.
I accept cash, check or card, but it's easiest if you're willing to set up "auto-pay" through my Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This allows for secure and automatic payment.
Please note that cancellations for a scheduled appointment must occur more than 24 hours in advance. Canceling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee.

The No Surprises Act (NSA) is a federal law designed to protect people from unexpected medical bills. It mainly prevents situations where someone receives care from an out-of-network provider and then gets a large, surprise bill afterward.
