About Me

I was born and raised in beautiful Portland, Oregon.  I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Gonzaga University. I went on to earn my Masters of Science in Community Counseling from Portland State University. I hold an LPC (licensed professional counselor) in the State of Oregon as well as an NCC (nationally certified counselor) certificate. I have worked for over 18 years with children and adolescents as well as their families. I specialize in trauma recovery, attachment issues, anxiety reduction, and behavior management. I am EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) certified.
